Fitness classes are held at the Recreation Complex in the air conditioned Multi-purpose room. Classes are typically once a week for six weeks, with various levels of abilities and interests.
Sessions run from September to May each year.
The program is coordinated and instructed by certified Personal
Fitness Trainer, Cathie Stevenson.
Classes include aerobic exercise, light weight training, and flexibility improvement, designed to the interest of the participants.
Many Fitpoint members use the Fitness Classes as their aerobic work-out
to compliment their exercise routine.
